Sorry state of affairs for SWFC, they were so close to the premier league just a few years ago, getting to the play off final. Just shows how easy it is to slide into obscurity these days if you don’t take your chances and have some luck.

This would be their third relegation to league one since leaving premier league in 2000 so reality is they've been a bog standard bottom half championship team or worse for majority of that period bar that good couple of seasons under Carlos Carvahal when they made play offs twice.

Here's the latest twist, 2-2.

Have to think this works against Rotherham though as they'll just spend 10 minutes waiting out on the pitch and no way Derby game ends 2-2 as it relegates both so it will be the tight of basketball finish that will make Leeds-Spurs look like a boring midfield scrap.

Leeds on 50 points if they hold on and still got likes of West Brom and Southampton to play....

Anyone know what the record amount of points a team has finished 11th in as we're probably good bets to do that, could get 55 points and that might not be good enough for top 10.

Only been following it through the livescores, what happened to allow the Derby game to start the 2nd half much later than every other game?

That's the stuff you see in massively corrupt countries like Azerbaijan or Tajikistan, not in England or any other serious leagues.

Waghorn crashed into the post first 10 minutes and needed 5 minutes of treatment, didn't go off though.

3-2 Sheff Weds! Still dosen't keep them up though unless Cardiff though.

This is such a championship match, still wouldn't put it past Derby winning this 4-3:lol: Mike Dean usually gives late penalty in these games.

Very dodgy owners at Derby, look at the whole debacle with 32 Red paying Rooney's salary etc. The allegations of FFP breaches later dismissed. Couldn't happen to a nicer club.

Feel sorry for Rotherham if they win today and still end up getting relegated. Wycombe have come a lot closer to surviving than anyone would have predited as well, at the start of the season many were tipping them to be the worst championship team ever.

Why didn't they hold off on starting the other games?

Been similar situations in other countries and they always make sure all games start the 2nd half at the same time in the final round of the season or in group stages.

9 minutes left for Rotherham, 28 minutes left at Derby.......

Sheff Wed could be relegated with 19 minutes to play regardless of what they do........

what on earth were they doing not ensuring both kick off  for the second half at the same time!!!
