Insane giving him the job. He went from playing straight to management. Lampard when he went there had spent a few years coaching and getting his badges at Chelsea.

34 of Derby's games this season have involved Rooney. Out of his depth massively.

Lampard was also capable of expressing a thought or an opinion and I presume instruction through the medium of speech.

Quite an important skill for a manager I um think.

Can't believe they actually let the Rotherham game go on time second half, played 54 minutes while Derby game has yet to kick off again so they'll know exactly what they have to do last 10 minutes.

A game with Mike Dean as ref as well. This just screams of a illegal betting situation.

Surely relegation will be absolutely catastrophic for Derby? They seem to have spent almost as badly as we did in the Championship, but for a much longer period of time

Already played the sell the stadium card as well so there is no salvation.

They probably won't be able to sack Rooney yet not be able to pay him either.. They'll have to fall on his mercy and hope he just resigns and walks away then get busy selling as much of their squad as they possibly can.

No doubt they've sold their future commercial income already as well.

You would think they would make a good buy for someone though who would probably get them for free if they take the debts.  But they would also want the stadium too.  Frightening, we've sailed close enough to that wind to feel very sorry for the fans.

Have to feel a bit for Wycombe here, 3-0 up at Boro. Don't think they got their first win since November so that is what has cost them as their form has been mid table last 3 months so a bit like West Brom.

Just 10 more and they’ve got a chance!

Sorry state of affairs for SWFC, they were so close to the premier league just a few years ago, getting to the play off final. Just shows how easy it is to slide into obscurity these days if you don’t take your chances and have some luck.
