I don't think it's been a bad performance but it really looks like there's something missing. Not on Smith imo If he can't motivate his players to perform, there's a problem, isn't there? I'd be pretty happy with a midtable finish, but I'm alarmed at how poor we've looked against Newcastle Fulham and Sheffield United in recent weeks. To say poor performances are not on the manager is like saying a company failing to make money is the the fault of the manager - of course it is! Completely toothless and insipid performance.
