Nice to hear the pundits bigging Grealish up for what was a below par performance compared to what we see regularly at Villa. Our best team by far has a front 4 of Kane Sterling Jack Rashford Southgate is not good enough at this level and to let his personal issues with whatever is in his head of the best talent to come out of this country for nearly 30 years is inexcusable. Thought Jack was largely off colour and offering little more than a 5/10 performance that probably would have got him a kicking on here if that was Villa ..... but still he looked better than most and the pundits loved something about him. In fairness, Southgate may see a bigger picture than we do. Maybe he sees Jack as brash and confident and wants to keep him "sober" whereas perhaps Mount is lacking in confidence (like most Chelsea players ?) and needs "mothering" and talking up.
