And do what then? Players as good as him aren't widely available. Who do you replace him with that will be an upgrade? You don't improve by selling one of your best players who still has plenty of good years ahead of him.

Brumstopdogs
Frustrating the way he gave the penalty away at such a crucial period in the match and then he misses the chance to redeem himself. Low in confidence and making bad decisions at the wrong time.

And the reality is that for £80m you're selling him to a competitor, he makes utd, Chelsea, Newcastle better straight away, probably even Liverpool too There's no sense to that mentality
Farlz
If Kamara magically returned tomorrow you'd have Dougie run the show against Brighton. Absolutely certain of it. It couldn't be more clear as day that the formation and personnel changing has had a big effect on him and the rest of the team in fact, building out from the back nowhere near what it was pre Kamara injury. DJBOB
A stinker but a player of quality. He will make it right.
rodders0223
I've been critical of his recent performances but I ain't going at someone who put his name down to take the pressure penalty in a European shoot out literally the last game for having a stinker in the following game. Why is Tielemans able to come straight in and do that job and Luiz isn’t? The apologism is just infuriating. 1

This I'd actually give Tim a go in the Kamara role against Brighton to allow Dougie the chance to redeem himself…

Unai and Monchi will replace him effectively. Don't know why out of form players get so much faith, but the manager and recruitment team don't

How can you have such fury against a player who’s been great for us? He’s not playing well but he’s given his all for five years now. He was our player of the season last season and probably the first half of this season. Utterly bizarre behaviour. Get behind the players.

Just like McGinn and Tielemans ran the show agasint Arsenal? Who's really the odd one out at the moment? Thats why I would say he's somewhat over rated because he can't adapt as well as the other midfielders. I think that's clear to see. And lets face it, he's had plenty of time in that position since he's been at Villa to be able to do a half decent job at least.
