Striker is domenico berardi apparently. Can play anywhere across the front 3

Not a striker, but more than welcome. He'd be an alternative to Benrahma if anything.

Where did you hear this anyway?

There's a week left of the transfer window, we've signed... I've lost count... lots of players, and by all accounts it looks like we are after one more, we even seem to have a back up plan for that.

What an incredible job the guys have done to get us in to this position, it looked a monumental task a few months ago and yet here we are. Bravo.

Incredible work from the club.

What about Hourihane?

I'd keep him, I wasn't his biggest fan but he proved me wrong. His efforts definitely earn him at least a place in the squad. Always handy to have a player who has a wand for a foot...

He can play there though? I've never heard of him.

Twitter. A group of posters that have been spot on throughout the window

He's played for Italy. I'm aware of him. Twitter link?

€35 mill buyout

If he could regain the form he had when he first broke through he'd be a very good signing.

Unless Wikipedia is lying. It's his birthday today!

I still wouldn't rule out Benrahma and Phillips as well as a new striker. But if we were to start the season as we are now, I think that we'd make a good go of things.

Can't fathom why people still think Phillips is on the cards? Love your optimism, but can't see it at all, and I personally wouldn't want him at this point with who we have brought in. It would be near impossible to keep everyone happy.

Surprised to see Chester in there.

I actually agree that Chester is surplus now.

As much as I like/champion Chester it makes sense. Mostly if he wants regular games. He's the oldest of the current lot of CB's and isn't guaranteed games. As God once posted on Twitter about Mings - "There's a new Sheriff in town". I think Engels will start alongside him.

I think today's Marvelous announcement has put that one to bed now.

Of course if they'll take 50p, Hogan, BB and Lansbury in exchange......... :D
