Anyone who says they see McGinn as integral part for us in next 2-3 seasons clearly hasn't been watching us in last six months as he's a massive part of the problem and so shouldn't be appointed. Someone like Dyche would be all over McGinn so that's what we need to avoid as any competant european coach would see his random passing as a massive weakness in how we want to build up play. I think he will. New managers tend to not come in and change the captaincy immediately. Wouldn't be surprised if he said he didn't want it though. Yeah, I think some might use it as a stick to beat him with, which seems unfair. A new manager, take the armband off him, let spend some time on the bench and we and he will improve no end.
