Sam3773 Posted August 7, 2016 Share Posted August 7, 2016 Optimism. I had it at the start of last season. This is such an unknown to me though. We were awful last season, but that's in the past. We have new players, manager, coaches, owners and opponents. I think we'll do well in this league. Hopefully well enough to at least make the play offs. Today though? It could be a rude awakening or a good sign. I think it'll be close but ever the optimist, I think we could nick it. I'm going for 2-1 Villa with goals from Ayew and McCormack. It's such a horrible opener though as Wednesday are likely up there as favourites for promotion the Newcastle love in aside. I am excited more than anything.
