We dont have electronic advertising boards across the front of the witton lane stand , i would imagine this will be addressed

maybe not, the cameras are in the witton so they dont have to worry about it, a lot of grounds only do the 3 sides

Is that for real?  I have never noticed that,  weird.

It sounds like they identified an inefficiency in something that was resulting in us spending money and decided to change it

Wish they took the same stance with Gabby!

I've always thought that was due to the TV cameras not facing the Witton.

I think it is but it'd be good to have cameras both side. One side for English advertising and one for Chinese for instance. They do it for internationals.

The casino at star city is shutting, not sure what they'll replace it with or if that'll drag the whole place under, just in time for the dr to open his theme park

I went to Star City for the Cinema during the Christmas holidays.  Whilst it was fairly early I was totally shocked how empty the place was during a school holiday period.

I think our visit to Spurs building site tomorrow  will show the gap between running a club well and running  it like a shambles like Villa.

I agree. Much as I love Villa Park you do get the impression we've been left behind. Growing up I always thought of Villa as being a bigger club than Spurs. We had a bigger ground, won more trophies, got bigger crowds. Now they're moving to a stunning 61k stadium and we feel like a million miles away.

We'll get back in a year or two and our Tony will take Villa Park to the next level. I'm thinking USB charging points in every seat. #nextlevel

It would be cheaper to give everyone a better phone.

I'm struggling to see what benefit that would provide at a football ground.

Indeed. Regardless of the costs involved  in implementing it, you're in your seat for less than two hours, during which time you really shouldn't be using your phone. It's a very strange idea.
