Mozzavfc
Guessing from the title that Luke has a big part in this one or he dies and leaves Rey as the only one left
mikeyp102
Considering the last one was force awakens indicating more jedis to come, it seems weird that they are now going back to one...
dAVe80
Although Rey has the Force, she's not a Jedi (at least not yet). Leia has the Force also, but wasn't a Jedi.
Chindie Posted January 23, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted January 23, 2017 Jedi is also plural... There were some rumours about the plot of this movie a while back, which I've no idea if they debunked, but if they were true it might be a throw your hands up and leave the cinema kind of story.
HanoiVillan
If it has anything to do with a planet-sized battle station that destroys planets, I shan't be watching it. The baddies in this series need clearer motivations and new tactics IMO.

ThunderPower_14
I actually want another large spherical planet destroying battlestation and I want a dark side force user to rub his hands together with glee about how those pesky resistance fighters wont stop them this time. Popular Post chrisp65
I'm not overly bothered about the next story line as long as there are lots of toys and collectables across multiple price entry points. I'd also like a fairly generic Star Wars tee shirt to be available in XXL in Tesco menswear. Not XXXL, don't want it completely covering the belly, got to tease those ladies with a sexy little belly under hang. Stickers too. There haven't really been any packs of stickers to get excited about since the Euro's. Plus of course, a colouring book for medium ability colourers. None of this thousands of thin lined difficult colouring in shit you see now in The Works. But not some spazzy colouring for three year olds either. A nice middle of the road colouring book. With a word search in the middle. Ooh, and an easter egg, in a star wars mug. With the picture on the mug lacking any fine detail, perhaps a grey disc representing a death star that can't take 4 goes in a dishwasher. I don't ask for much from the next film.

Ginko
Bushes of Love is a good one too, but Seagulls is the best. They're both on regular rotation in our office.
Tegis Posted February 21, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted February 21, 2017 Han Solo – Smuggler. Scoundrel. Hero. A New Star Wars Story Begins Strap yourself in. Principal photography on the untitled Han Solo Star Wars Story is under way. Quote Cameras are rolling on the adventure-filled past of the iconic scoundrel and everyone’s favorite Wookiee; principal photography on the untitled Han Solo Star Wars Story officially began February 20 at Pinewood Studios, London. The movie will explore the duo’s adventures before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope, including their early encounters with that other card-playing rogue from a galaxy far, far away, Lando Calrissian. Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are directors co-piloting the movie, with a cast that includes Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo, Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, Thandie Newton, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge, with Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca. “Watching such inspired people from all over the world, with such unique voices, come together for the sole purpose of making art, is nothing short of miraculous,” Lord and Miller said. “We can’t think of anything funny to say, because we just feel really moved, and really lucky.” Clicky

Yes, they really need to employ a decent risk manager to undertake some HAZOPS. I am amazed that despite their unimaginably advanced technology they don't seem to have advanced the risk management profession at all. Always fail to spot the one critical weakness. . Considering the overall costs of the project I would think this would be quite a priority for them.
TheAuthority Posted March 9, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted March 9, 2017 Teaser trailer for "The Last Jedi" screened to Disney investors and a few others. http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/article/39217611/star-wars-the-last-jedi-teaser-shown-to-a-lucky-few Quote The first teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi has been shown - to a very select few. Disney screened footage from the upcoming movie at its fun-sounding shareholders meeting in Denver, US. But it wasn't just Hollywood investors who were present at the event, there were journalists in the room too. And Daniel Miller from the LA Times has told the BBC what was shown at the screening.
