Man Utd linked with everyone it seems.

United are a good example of what not to do, throwing money about in a panic and signing players for the sake of it.  We might not have signed anyone in a while, but our owners know what they are doing, we'll sign someone when the right player is available for the right price.

The mad thing is they had Ragnick there who would probably have been good as a technical/sporting director but gave him the manager's job and ended up having to sack him off completely.  That's where they have fallen so far behind the other clubs, just buying players because of their name and at the peak of their value just before it plummets.

If game postponed (don't think it will be) because cry baby fans protesting then they absolutely should get docked points. No hijacking league fixtures without punitive measures

Utd bottom with -3?

The PL will not jeopardise them accidentally going down.

They should lose points though yes.

They should have listened to Ralf:

Mourinho was also absolutely spot on with several of his quotes about the club, about Pogba and about players playing every week that are not good enough. Hounded out.

He said Pogba was a virus, Martial was lazy, Rashford not good enough to be their striker, Luke Shaw doesn’t use his head.

The club sort of tarnished Mourinho’s legacy but the truth is he did an unbelievable job there.

All I know is that it will be a sad day when they finally get their act together again. The Glazers have done a great job for a good while now and given us plenty of laughs, but it wont last forever, unfortunately. Jim Ratsniff is a big Manure fan, if he gets his hands on the club youd have to imagine he’ll get the right people in the right positions to begin steering the ship back in the upward direction again.

Such a shame that they’re too big of an entity that no matter how many huge mistakes they make and how much money they waste, they can always just rip it up and start again. The likes of Utd and Barca deserve to go bust.

It was the media United men like Giggs, Scholes and of course captain red Gary Neville. Mourinho was shit to them

Now they turned on the Glazers but had no problem accepting a weekly wage from them when playing

I kind of understand the whole "we haven't invested in our infrastructure" stuff being levelled at the Glazers - but they seem to have spent quite a bit in the transfer market over the past couple of years and I wouldn't have thought they're making the calls on that?  They're probably not making calls on managerial appointments either.

Anyway, let's just enjoy this as it goes on :D

It’s not just about money wasted on signings, it’s money wasted on not selling players.

They could have easily got £100m for Pogba and Lingard if they had half a brain between them.

I couldn’t imagine a business so out of control that they just let £100m slip out of the door and nobody bats an eyelid.

Tuanzebe, Henderson, bailly, about 10 youth team players that pop up and then disappear, matic and mata left this summer on a free too

Not sure if it's the silly wages or lack of ability to shift them

Liverpool would have got about £300m in sales out of this team in the last 5 years

Clearly there’s an issue with the back room management/executives at United. They don’t have good people in important roles.

Is that the Glazers fault?

They have sanctioned significant investment in the team, are they holding back on non-playing staff? It doesn’t really make sense to me if they approve £25m a year in wages for Ronaldo but won’t pay whatever the going rate is for a good football director.

Maybe the issue is the new Chief Executive Richard Arnold? Is he struggling to recruit good people? Is he restricted on salary or just shit at his job?

They have, they've put in place a new director of football, ex FA guy, and he's got an assistant, sure there's a 3rd guy who replaced fletcher

They also would have had ralf in the background if they hadn't have hounded him out

They need patience from the media and the fans

They won't get it
