What do they do? They throw me in a full day training session which has involved watching clips of airline, the Simpsons and little Britain. Normal ad, with a bloke going on about how good the vinyl is, blah blah. Then randomly a woman's voice goes 'ah that's nice love, now hurry up and butter that toast' WTF?!?!?!
