He said if cities and states failed to control the protests and "defend their residents" he would deploy the army and "quickly solve the problem for them". I honestly don’t know what this means? Is he suggesting they’ll kill all the protesters? What are the army going to do that the police and national guard can’t? Maybe it could be the turning point, could the army refuse?
