Not surprised heads at the top have rolled in the last week if this is an example of how they're being run. As a long-time resident of Barcelona I can tell you we've been experiencing the most severe winter for decades with temperatures regularly around the zero mark for the last few months, so why they didn't change their plans and go further south is a mystery. Add to that the idea of letting loose a bunch of blokes with getting lashed up in their DNA onto the streets of Barcelona ......well...not ideal, Alan.
