desensitized43 Posted January 4, 2023 Share Posted January 4, 2023 Lampard needs to spend a good 3-4 years managing at championship level to refine the art of coaching, improving players developing an identity and building a team. Too many like him want to spend 1 season down there and use their contacts to loan a bunch of premier league up and comers to basically cheat code their way out of the division or, in gerrards case, join a 2 horse race league and then big themselves up when he inevitably smashes league 1 level teams.
