Bent is a goal scorer pure and simple, our team with Young, Milner and Downing would have been perfect for him loads of options and a decent supply line. Milner's work rate alone would compensate for Darren's laziness. He hasn't gotten any worse as a player, but the way we play now compared to then highlights his flaws when put next to a player like Benteke.
