Anyway, they said no, unless I signed up to another contract at full price... I told them where to go and cancelled. Got a call last night, offering a 50% discount to rejoin. Told them I needed a box, so offered 50% and a new box. Said I wasn't sure so they chucked a £20 credit on the account too. No bad. I know a lot of people don't like sky but I have to say, I can't live without Sky+ any more... and the kids watch the childrens and music channels all the time plus all the backed up stuff on the hard drive. Some other functions like able to watch/record more things at the same time and also the box acts as a wifi signal booster. I think I can live without it for a while.
