Back from Wall-e on Mars

i thought it was an enjoyable film one of Ridleys better ones for a while , even if the film by its very nature was kind of predictable

fair play to Watney if that had been me stranded on Mars I suspect I'd have just sat there watching porn until i ran out of food and water

Giving it some thought ... It's one of the best films of the year

I watched Predestination.

I'm not sure what to make of it.

I didn't know anything about it beforehand, and the first half an hour was pretty boring and going nowhere. Then suddenly it changed into a totally different film, and things started to fall into place.    By the end, i was very surprised and my brain hurt a little from keeping up with the understanding.

It was pretty good overall.   7/10.

San Andreas is so bad it becomes brilliant. I haven't laughed so much at a film in yonks.

The moment when they reach the top of the wave literally caused belly laughs in the cinema when we saw it.

Don't really know what to think about Mad Max - Fury Road. On one hand, it was visually stunning and a complete adrenalin ride but on the other hand, plot-wise it was light-weight and undercooked.

Cracking stunts and vehicle design too but couldn't say I loved it.
