They are by no means nailed on to get 70 points.
The_Rev
I just want 75 points. Get to 75 points and the rest should look after itself. That’s 7 wins and 2 draws from our remaining 12 fixtures, and that’s basically the level we’ve maintained for 18 months under Unai so it’s very doable.
KevinRichardsonsMoustache
I think Spurs have the better run of games tbh, but they’ll need to pick up at least three points extra than us (assuming they win their game in hand). Here are the remaining fixtures: ours appear on the left of the list and the Spurs games in the right: / Chelsea - A Luton - A / Palace - H Spuds - H / Villa - A West Spam - A / Fulham - A Wolves - H / Luton - H Citeh - A / Spam - A Brentford - H / Forest - H Arsenal - A / Toon - A Bournemouth - H / Citeh - H Chelsea - H / Arsenal - H Brighton - A / Liverpool - A Liverpool - H / Burnley - H Palace - A / sheff utd - A Too close to call for me and there’s a long way to go. 1
Made In Aston
If we do the business against Luton next week then we could well find ourselves 11pts clear of Man Utd with 11 games remaining. That puts us in firmly in control of a top 5 finish.

Pinebro
It isn't good that we have to go to Arsenal and Man City away from home. I think the Spurs game will be absolutely massive.

Thanks for this. It’s very helpful to see the fixtures side by side. I’ve added the Europa schedule as well as the extra games will have a significant impact. Obviously the game v spurs will be absolutely crucial. Win that and it will be difficult for them to catch us.

Arsenal it's played at the sort of time they tend to bottle games and if they overturn Porto will be in between Champions League quarter final games. VillaAlex
Bruno Fernandes now 2 yellow cards from a 2 game ban, with 6 games left till the amnesty. Spurs don't really have anyone close. We have McGinn on 7 yellows who needs to be careful now.

His behaviour warrants a yellow card virtually every week. He is the biggest tool in the PL and only escapes more regular punishment due to having the special protection only reserved for Man U players.

The 6 points in 6 weeks that we gifted them is what has made that difference.
Xela
We deserve top 4. Since Unai has been here, across 51 games, we have 101 league points. Puts us 4th in that time behind the three usual suspects and 20 points ahead of the likes of Newcastle and Spurs. I know football doesn't always reward the deserving, but it would be cruel to miss out. Man Utd have 94 points in that period, so aren't to be disregarded.
