cancelo close to joining bayern on loan

not seen that much of city to be honest but shocked at that, thought he was a key player there

Pep had been questioning him publicly and his form is gone, dropped for an 18 year old

But getting rid is surprising.

You think Ramsey is better than Gallagher? Not only that but nealt twice as good?

I reckon it's the other way around if anything.

Different players and Gallagher is a year ahead

But at the same time I think if Ramsey develops properly and continues the trait of being able to run with the ball far midfield that is a far rarer attribute that will eventually see him go further, his ceiling is higher he's just not there yet

The link to Liverpool (if they don't get Bellingham) will be real

McKennie to Leeds is just a loan - makes you wonder if he's that good really. Seems to have been shopped around much of Europe.

I think it's a smart move. Him and Tyler Adams know each other from US and that's going to be a highly energetic and pressing midfield now (Roca is a bit slow for premier league). Sort of signing that should keep them up.

Are Everton actually going to sign anyone? Seems incredible they had weak attack, sold Gordon and dosen't seem any serious links. Danjuma did the dirty on them over a week ago so surely had time to look at alternative targets.

With them feels a bit like us in Jan 2016 window when we just knew we were getting relegated so didn't bother with any signings.

They'd be better off trying to get Gallagher in on a loan with lots of add ons even if it cost them around £10m + another couple of loans or cheaper deals

Instead it feels like their owners will sign no one but have the excuse that they tried to break their record deal it's not their fault the window closed and they didnt have time to finish it

If you were an agent would you want your player anywhere near Everton. ?  It is all about perception. And at the moment from the outside it is civil war between the fans and the board. Rumours of a director being physically assaulted. Players being stopped in their cars by fans.  Moshiri being held up as a terrible owner. FFP issues.  And as good as a manager Dyche is he got sacked last year for being in the bottom 3 . Even a player who should be a homegrown hero has lost all his form and ran from the club as soon as he possibly could.
