In the grand scheme of things Southampton winning probably wouldn't be the worst result for us, as keeps Bournemouth within touching distance.

Yep, plus brings us closer to the relegation zone which might be useful for Purslow to make a decision on Friday morning.

9 points behind Newcastle already, some on here were saying we would finish over them easily and they would go down

They have overturned about 25 points on us in less than a year

Crazy to see the changes in fortunes between us and them in 12 months. This time next year ay....🤔

You don't understand...it's about the players they have!

They've signed well but Jacob Murphy started for them tonight so it's not like it's a star studded team, half the 11 is players who could barely pass or run under Bruce.

Newcastle home run is incredible, one defeat since December now and they managed the final 20 minutes very well v Everton so have that mentality top teams do already.

It would be nice to win a game. Tomorrow looks our best shot as Brentford are getting a nice defensive run going and we can never work out how to play them.

It's the board's own fault and their making we're in this state so up to them to fix it. We've had enough warnings in the last six months and it's incredible we've let things get this bad.

If he makes it to the world cup, serious questions need to be asked of not just Purslow, but of the owners.

I couldn't give a **** about a new badge, or a new stand, if we end up in the second tier again.

And everyone on here was too proud to consider Eddie Howe as manager.

That is tragic on many levels. How do we keep on messing up all of our brave new era's and watch the latest sportswashing project  that used to be a comedy club fly past us?
