Luiz should be their instead of either McGinn or Ramsey. Konsa shouldn't have started. Had to be Mings, or if he desperately wanted a change gone with the guy that actually looked good pre season in Chambers. And Coutinho shouldn't have started over Buendia. All of this was obvious before we kicked off. Why didn't Gerrard see it? Better see it at half time and make some changes.
