We are being strenuously tested, stretched and at times outplayed by a very good side at times, but we haven't been shit. We have had some very good play ourselves, that's all we can ask. I'll take this over just being abhorrently poor and looking amateurish for 90 mins. We started explosively and petered out a bit. IMO of course. Curious when we'll see the first change and who it's going to be. I'd take Buendia out and put Bailey in... also wouldn't mind Carney coming in for Nakamba and changing the shape slightly. VP was super quiet at the end there... imagine the nervousness of the crowd is going to continue to be felt more and more... hopefully we can get an early goal to get it rocking and roaring. Brighton look dangerous down their flanks, but I'd only say they've been marginally better than us really. That transfer is going to cost us a lot in the future if he doesn’t drastically improve. Think Brighton will win this unfortunately. Fully understandable since it's the same players and Gerrard has only been here a few days and only had maybe 1 training with them. Not a manager in the world that can change things in such a short time.
