Can play on the right but more often as a second striker.

As the guy keeping Emi Buendia out of the Argentina squad he’s no development signing.

Ah OK Transfermarks has it the other way round but I've only watched clips so wouldn't know.

He seems to be the next big thing there so would be good to get a player that many are tipping for huge success. At that price it’s not really a gamble as what does 6-9M buy you here?

There’s not a lot of data on him though as he hasn’t played an awful lot.

If our current recruitment team like him, I like him.

Me neither. Used to watch the Brazilian league pretty regularly 10-15 years ago but these days I only watch the odd game a year from South America like the River - Boca superclasico or the Copa Libertadores final.

Ok, I mis-remembered what I’d read before.. below are his games for River, he’s played more times on the right but got better returns per game through the middle. There’s also potentially a very effective 10 in there, but his defending is weak:

If we sign him, I hope there is absolutely no expectation on him whatsoever and he can be eased into the squad as and when the coaching team see fit.

For 10m, he’s a very small gamble.

I remember when £10m would get you a Stan Collymore and a Mark Draper.

Top Brazilian clubs are forming a breakaway league, apparently.

I love corned beef so don’t know if this is good or bad 😂

If you're feeling rather hungry
There's a product you'll remember
Eat it hot or cold on Sunday
Or you can put it in a blender
Corned beef
With chips or with salad It's corned beef
Even Buckingham Palace eats corned beef
Hey! Why don't you try corned beef hash

This seems likely to get done, but watch the price tag go up.

When the link first emerged their big fan accounts on Twitter were touting a release clause of $25M USD.
