If Buendia was the ONLY signing this summer I would be absolutely fine with that. Pereira, not so much, although I do like him as an interesting complimentary piece. As I said above don't know much about Pereira, but if the skills are even as you say, he will cost half the price and would probably be a no brainer in that case. Don't expect to sign either realistically Norwich signed Buendia from Getafe for less than 2m.
