Me too, that actually brought a few rare tears to my eyes. His sensitivity and warmth towards her and his down to earth manner, which continued right up to just before kick-off! I remember thinking people were overreacting when the Leeds players just left the hotel without interacting with the fans, but now I see how big of a deal it can be for the kids and it doesn't take much effort.
