Smiths fault. He is gassing at round the 80th minute and he leaves him on.

Double edged sword. We take him off at 80 mins and he doesn't get the minutes he needs to bring his fitness up. We're that desperate for him we're having to do this. On the other side keeping him on can cause us a problem because he's lagging behind/exhausted

Problem is you have to do this phased.  He has been out for so long he doesnt add anuthing when he is gassed out. He should ahve brought on lansbury or nakamba

He looked fitter than Hourihane. McGinn was still getting his foot in and looking forward to pass. Hourihane is the one who looked gassed. McGinn is realising that unlike in the awful championship he won't get time in the premier League. Much better decision making and his passing looked good. First time this season we dominated the midfield battle for more than 40 minutes.

Throw on Lansbury that midfield engine or Nakamba who sometimes makes hospital passes

But having a knackered McGinn who adds nothing in last ten minutes results in whay happened yesterday.

Lansbury has been absolutely no opportunities this year by smith.

Right and the games are thick and fast enough there is no fitness training between them. No other option than to leave him on if you want him to get fitter.

I get it. We all slang off McGinn for being a fat scotsman so that no premier league clubs will want to buy him. Nice one.

That Grealish- he's rubbish.

You're a real factory of fun. Bet you've never heard this one before.

If he plays 90 like he did against Everton we dont win.

Let's see if Deano has got some actual minerals this time.

It's a worry, no doubt. There are options on the bench too, so let's hope he makes the right call.

Some say you can see his thighs from the ISS.
