HE picks the team, HE picks the tactics, formation, style, HE motivates them, gets them to play with such passion and aggression, this is Brentford we are talking about. Also dropped mceachran who's much more of a ball player/ passer for mokojto because playing at Leeds common sense would dictate you'll need to be more competitive and work harder in midfield.
