that's my take as well ... I think he's got a decent chance of winning it this time around and he seems to have learnt his lesson after doing Boris over

he's closer to man of the people than he is to a Lord Snooty

he even publishes his tax returns that state he does not have any income from trusts, property and capital gains  ( of course he could just have a very good accountant)
