Summer Speculation 2015

It would not surprise me if Sherwood went back to Spurs for the out of favour Yonus Koboul .Most managers seem to raid their old clubs for a player or two as obviously they know all about them

I could see him going for Caulker if/when QPR go down and Vlaar leaves. Two consecutive relegations aside young & pacy, worked with him at Spurs. Perfect foil for out current CBs if Vlaar leaves. Okore Clark Baker Caulker

£10m at least for a defender who has been a catalyst for two of the worst defensive sides of the past few years, Cardiff and QPR. No thanks.

After Charlton goalkeeper Nick Pope according to the Mirror.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenham-aston-villa-tracking-charlton-5533982

Aston Villa and Tottenham are keeping tabs on clean sheet specialist Nick Pope.

Charlton goalkeeper Pope is attracting top-flight admirers after racking up an impressive 25 shut outs in 40 league games while out on loan during the last two seasons.

The 22-year-old inspired York City into last year's play-offs with 15 clean sheets in 22 League Two appearances, including a run of seven in a row.

And he has kept 10 more in 18 games this term to help Bury into League Two promotion contention.

Villa and Spurs are now eyeing former Ipswich youngster Pope having earmarked him as, initially, a potential back-up keeper.

Pope, whose current Charlton deal runs until 2018, is valued at around £750,000 by the Addicks.

Even for your average joe, Prices will double/treble next season with the new TV Deal round the corner!

Not with FFP.

They will because that's what FFP has done, teams can't cut their losses on players they need to maximise their sales, then add to that all the prem clubs have an increase in revenue, and will continue to have an increase in revenue because sponsorship deals are increasing too

UEFA will argue that the spending is controlled but the spending is going to be as bad as ever before, FFP has done nothing to stop money in football, it's pushed it the other way and means there's more money in football

18 games in 4 years, half of them this year whilst being a sub on loan, he's a myth of a player who sat cashing in his wages in city's reserves rather than chasing games, should have been looking for a club like us 3/4 years ago but even last summer he was trying to get a £60k a week contract at arsenal

I don't think Cleverley & Sinclair would let go of their Hollyoaks lifestyles and prepared to relocate to Brum.

Think the women keep hold of the remote control in their house!

Sinclair was quoted the other day saying he wants to sit down and get the deal sorted ASAP. He just wants to play football now. Cleverley may have sparked the interest of a few recently but I reckon Sherwood can convince him to join.

I think Sinclair has already said he wants to sign.

Anyway, Cheshire isn't that far from North Brum anyway  :)

If we can get Sinclair for less than £3mil, we should do it.

I personally feel that he has shown enough already and was very unfortunate to lose his place due to a freak injury.

Grealish has looked superb over the last 2 games-It may be a tad optimistic to think he'll do this over a 38 game season. Between the 2 of them, we have quality in that position, no matter who starts

If in the future we can play an attacking line up of:

Benteke

Sinclair-Grealish-Gil

Then we will really hurt some opposition defences.

Gil is moving to Real Madrid at the end of the season unfortunately.

How about a cheeky swap deal for Isco?
