Brumstopdogs
There's no point rushing him back when we have the versatile, solid future England captain in Nathan Baker waiting on the bench.
daggy_333
Aston Villa defenders Ron Vlaar and Aly Cissokho return for Sunday's visit of Hull, having missed the midweek League Cup defeat by Leyton Orient because of minor injuries. Jores Okore is still sidelined with a knee injury but should be fit after the international break. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28917064
vandaq
He was with the team on the bus. He is probably not up to scratch to play in pl right now after being injured for so long.
packoman
Not worth the risk bringing him back too soon. We look ok at the back so there's no need to rush him back.

heid3ster
That would not really be very out of the ordinary. He's coming back from a serious injury, his first one. Physically he is getting there but there's a big mental part to coming back from an injury like that too. He is probably tentative and worried that he will re-injure it. It will go away with time, but we need patience with him first and foremost. He will get there. There is no need to rush him.
Demitri_C
I've heard that he's suffering with confidence issues Rubbish He is not being rushed back, it was a bad injury. We dont need to play him yet as senderos has done so well
Popular Post TrentVilla Posted September 3, 2014 Moderator Popular Post Share Posted September 3, 2014 I've heard that he's suffering with confidence issues Not true, no issue, no conspiracy and Richardson hasn't parked in his space. Nothing to see here, he will be in and around the team/squad soon enough.
SeanO
Honestly the talk towards the end of last season when he was saying he might be back for the last few games was always wishful thinking. The surgery he has had is major for an athlete but if managed right he will be back playing as good as ever. As others have said we are doing very well at the moment so he can take all the time he needs although I get worried seeing the name of either of the chuckle brothers on the subs bench! The other thing is that he has hardly played at this level so even when he is fit he will need time to get used to the pace, probably why Lambert brought in Senderos who is doing much much better than I thought possible. Alpaywasawesome
Okore-Donacien will be our long-term CB pairing. We have 2 great prospects who have all the raw attributes for a great centre-back, we should take our time with them. Hopefully Vlaar-Senderos can be our first-choice pairing for the next 3-5 years, and we will have time to bed them in, in the cups and dare I say, European competition. DCJonah
He just tweeted he's back, he hasn't been around for awhile and added the hastag #fuckbeingpolite. Are we sure there's no issues? Edited September 5, 2014 by DCJonah
ArteSuave
I thought it was #fuckbringpolite Either way I don't think that kind of hashtag is a textbook example of the behaviour of someone with confidence issues.
