There was no guarantee that we were one of the other clubs that were in for him anyway, so there's not much point being too disappointed. Besides, he could have done better than Ukraine(except Shakhtar). And who said we would fight relegation next season? ( And Villa won't be fighting relegation next season.) The Villa fans who are now slating Belhanda are behaving like idiots. He did not have the choice of Premier League or Kiev - is it so difficult to understand? His agent was trying to get a Premier League team to bite but no club came forward.
