Beating a true super power like Spurs with a managerial legend in charge.

Absolutely can't write scripts like this.

Well we didn't lay a glove on Spurs.

And that was at a time when the players were unhappy with their manager.

Leeds doesn't show Spurs any respect. We shouldn't either. We're too nice and respectful against certain teams

We’ve beaten teams they haven’t. This happens every year for every football club. We absolutely battered teams in the first few months of the season.

Highlighting this victory for Leeds is really weird behaviour.

Leeds beat Spurs but we beat Leeds on their patch but they beat us on our patch but we smashed Liverpool therefore by my calculations we're better than Leeds.

Leeds couldn’t lay a glove on Crawley Town.

Crawley Town lost to Grimsby who are bottom of League 2.

Grimsby are better than Leeds. Bielsa is taking Leeds to the conference.

I mean there’s some silly things posted on here but your post is up there with the best of them.

We battered Liverpool 7-2 when they had Van Dijk. Not sure we showed them too much respect as PL champions.

Or does that not count?

Presume that was an example of a poor opponent as opposed to a Dean Smith managerial masterclass?

Leeds are a good team, so are we. We will get even better next season.

Of course it counts but you have to show consistency over a full season.

Where Leeds are better is they aren't so streaky like we are. We can't keep going from one scale to the opposite scale next season.

Need to find consistency and get more steady results.

Supporting evidence? There isn’t any.

I don’t think it’s that we’re streaky. I think it’s that we still rely heavily on a player that would not look out of place in any other PL team and, unsurprisingly, we have struggled without him.

You are right though in that we have to be more consistent, and I think we will do this by improving the squad, including certain areas of the first 11.

Surprisingly enough we have been about as consistent as Leeds over this season as we’re two points behind with two games in hand.

What makes you think they’ve been more consistent given the above?
