It's mentioned loads with Bennett and Clark. Players should play in there normal positions and if not good enough, then someone else should come in (not saying Lowton isn't good enough). Yes people can mention Bale, but it's fair to say none of our players are anything like Bale. As for playing wing back I thought when we went to 3/5 at the back last yr and Lowton was at WB, we saw the worst of his performances. He was unsure when to go forward or when to sit back and often did neither. When back at RB he looked far more comfortable and understanding of the position.
