There does seem to be a premium when buying from big clubs though. It's almost as if merely playing for those teams adds to your price tag. Looks like they're going to do a massive rebuild next season without Champions league, will probably go all out for Stones as they'll be pretty light on top level experience at the back. Also new manager of course. They've probably needed a massive rebuild for a good few years now so it will either go very well or very badly.
