Pochettino will be Chelsea manager by the end of September.

If this means Tuchel is Villa manager by the beginning of October I will be so very, very happy.

COMPLAINED THAT THEY COULDNT FLY AND HAD TO GET A BUS

I thought he was a brilliant manager but what a word removed. Is there any ‘top’ manager that isn’t one?

They make it sound as though its old Ford Transit minibus!

It's a £500k coach with all the mod cons.

Tuchel might be a character, but he is a very good manager and coach. Not that it ever will be realistic, but I'd have him here in a heartbeat.

The weird thing with him is in his first 4/5 months or whatever it was they had a crazy good defence, conceded hardly any goals

Now that looks like a personnel thing rather than tuchel

Eh, could be. But he is good. Form comes and goes.

Form is temporary

Lazy footballers who shirk when the chips are down knowing the media will blame the manager and not them are permanent 😉

This is very, very true. Read some very interesting things about this.

I have a feeling that Tuchel is not that great with man management and it reflects on his teams over time. Seem to have happened both at Dortmund and PSG.

Yes, he has a reputation of being a bit obsessed and less good at handling people than at handling tactics and other details. He seems like a very details oriented manager.

They needed quite a bit of change, not surprised they’re not really firing. I don’t think it will last long though, probably til they play us.

A certainty!
