You beat me too it, Jags currently built in Solihull and Graz (Austria). I found out Ofgem have defined guidelines for how long a company has to issue you a final bill after switching, as well as how quickly they must pay you any credit balance after issueing a final bill. £30 for each of those. Plus they had to pay an extra £30 for each for not paying within 10 working days of the breach. They tried to argue the toss and said they'd get back to me but there was a backlog, so my next reply copied in their CEO and Ofgem, I had confirmation of my refund the next day. Beautiful. Mine also died a couple of weeks ago , I’m sure it’s a coincidence but Amazon launched a new fire stick around the same time …. Popular Post Xela Posted November 3, 2021 Popular Post Share Posted November 3, 2021 Was in the office today... that doesn't cheer me up at all, but what does is knocking off at a reasonable time and then going out for a few beers and some food with a mate afterwards in the City Centre. Felt great and most places packed. It felt normal and everyone seemed to be in a good mood.
