He got plenty of chances after that, but did not impress. How long do you expect a team to carry a passenger? A completely different situation with Albrighton - we offered £25k a week, Leicester were prepared to offer £45k. Whether you rate him or not, I don't think anyone could doubt Albrightons commitment or passion I'm bewildered by this sudden love-in for Grealish, although it fits in with the usual VT model of players getting better and better the more they don't play I know two of the U21 squad who will almost certainly be let go this summer - they are model professionals who work extrodinarily hard on and off the field. If only they possessed 50% of the natural talent that Grealish has they would already be fixtures in the first team. Bereft of any fight, desire, passion. The kid has had everything handed to him on a plate his whole life, we as a club have brought him through our system, gave him the tools to succeed. We owe him nothing. He owes his entire career to us and yet people makes excuses....again. But he's not the only one. I think most on here would like us to sell the entire squad, which might be deserved but is still unrealistic. As much as fans point out some good performances in the last 6 months he was here what was Marc Albrighton contributing here between 2011-13. Can anyone give me some match winning games in there? All I remember from that period is him scoring v Arsenal and that's it so not unlike Grealish. The most important thing is Jack really needs to get the message from this season he needs to dedicate himself properly otherwise he dosen't have a future at the top level.
