useless Posted February 13, 2023 Share Posted February 13, 2023 Diving is just part of the game now, that he dived against us should be no more surprising than him trying to score against us or whatever. I'm sure we've had many players in our teams over the years that have done similar against teams that they support outside their professional career. People only bothered because still butthurt that he left, if someone like O'Hare, or Andre Green dived against us no one would care, or a least not beyond an initial negative reaction, would soon be forgotten about. Correct. It's up to the referee to decide whether or not it's a "foul" and there's contact so it's not a dive. It's a very simple premise. Anyway, if there is any justice in the world, Man City get ejected from the PL and find themselves at the bottom of the football pyramid. You'd think he would realise they are 2-0 up and maybe just don't do it against the club he claims to love so much, but what can you do.
