As someone who had to shell out a few hundred quid when the cat was nicked off of our Honda Jazz last year, this is one of the few car-things I can speak to; the mk2s have a particular high ground clearance so is one of the easiest/quickest to steal the cat off of. The mk3 Jazz's I believe have the cats built into the engine bay to negate this (or at least make it much, much less appealing/more challenging for a potential thief).
