CarewsEyebrowDesigner
Laudrup is doing a good job at Mallorca to be fair, get him in Randy Madrid can't afford to drop points early on though, Barca are not a team you want to be chasing. kurtsimonw
Madrid started 6 points ahead anyway, with the pasting The Special One with give Barca home and away. In all seriousness, I think Barca will take the title, but I'd LOVE Jose to win the treble this year. kurtsimonw
Milan are a bit different though, seeing as their owner doesn't actually care about the club.

Madrid and Milan on the other hand, have government officials on their boards IIRC.
The_Rev
Yes, but technically Liverpool are owned by a company who are owned by the government. We know it's not in the way you mean, but still, its true.
Gringo
Without govt support, RBS wouldn't have been able to roll over plop's debt a few months back and plop wouldn't have been signing anyone this summer
nobler
Currently Barca -0 Hercules -2. 65 mins gone. Still wouldn't right off Barca even winning this, but as it stands massive, massive upset.
Zatman
Hercules have been brilliant and disciplined and deserve to be 2 up. I think some Barca players thought they couldturrn up and they would win
SoccerHQ
Must say I didn't know the herucles team before kick off and so was very surprised to see Trezeguet, Royston Drenthe and Heado Valdez all playing for them. For a newly promoted team, that's a seriously good front three.
tomzep
Some very wise purchases in the summer withput breaking the bank and with that confidence boost Hercules now look in a very nice position
rhyscartwright_avfc
Top of the league Valencia currently away to Barca. Valencia were 1-0 up at HT but Iniesta equalised 1 minute into the 2nd half with a lovely sidefooted goal after a nice 1-2 with Xavi. Game on. Madrid away to Málaga later too, which I'll be able to watch on Spanish TV
