From the moment Dougie got that yellow at the end against Brentford, it couldn’t have gone much better.

Huge effort from this side and manager. Top class. UTV. Perfect weekend.

6 points without him, just...wow.

Not our best performance of season, but has to be up there as one of the most impressive due to circumstances of coming just 3 days after away game in Europe that ran to pens and with threadbare squad. Really thought this was a banana skin today and we'd drop points.

Great combination play going forward. Defensively, Konsa and Pau were pretty flawless. Tielemans and McGinn done a great job without Luiz in the two game he's missed. Just very good all round.

Thats what happens when you have real quality on the touchline and on the pitch . Its small margins that make the difference. They have some good players do Bournemouth , but they just arent quite as good as ours. They are more inconsistent.  And Bailey, the most consistent winger in European football at the moment ?

Brilliant.  Brilliant.  And thrice more brilliant today.  That match had banana skin written all over it in big letters - especially after we conceded the penalty.  But from that moment on we were absolutely superb.  Another of those matches where to be honest MOTM could have gone to any of about 5 players - Konsa, Tielemans, Rogers, Watkins and Torres were all imperious.  I went for Rogers in the end.  What a player he looks like becoming.  The perfect foil for Ollie.

Just the kind of performance and result we all wanted. Watkins, Konsa, Martinez, Rodgers, Bailey and Diaby all excellent. We looked like we might be struggling after the penalty but kept to the plan and scored our way back into it. This team doesn’t quit, and I firmly believe we are keeping this fourth place.
