Digne pushed forward after Mings' clear then didn't run back even though no one was in an offside position. He basically just watched it happen.

not absolving mings of anything

but digne can see it, he should cover the striker and shout at mings, he releases iheanacho if and when mings drops because iheanacho is the danger not his man or the other man further out

digne has to cover and shout, does neither
