Gerrard out - but not before the board and CP sets out a plan for how we should play and what is our filosofi (other than playing shitty britih long ball). No trying to pick a teammate out when the odd occasion we have the ball. Watkins back defending set pieces gives us no outlet. We just kick the ball away and then sit back rather than, as any decent side does, hunt in packs. We've waved the white flag already here.
