I've made more than my fair share of misjudged jokes that have gone down very badly, and I can tell you from first hand experience it works out much better admitting you misjudged the room than it does digging your heels in. Again, our final pass is often the wrong one. Same against Brentford. We lack the killer instinct. Can't work out if it's because we just aren't good enough technically, or something else.
