Most of us want Smith to make this work but if he doesn't improve us after another big spend, NSWE won't hesitate to move on from him and rightly so. That said I'm sure Dean himself would be the first to admit if he gets backed in the summer and doesn't get the results they want, he will probably be out of a job.
