I would imagine the most likely place I would have caught it would have been the Man City game last Wednesday although I did do a negative on Saturday. Just so fed up of this level of extreme interference in people's lives being somehow normalised. It's not going to do anything meaningful to reduce the spread of the variant, which is in any case destined to become the dominant strain and to infect either 100% of the population or be replaced by a different variant that will do the same, and we are a high;y-vaccinated population, soon to be more so with yet more doses. It's literally never going to get better than this, which means this will never end, just an endless cycle of being locked in our houses by public health legends with shit modelling because they can't conceive of any point to life beyond simply surviving - all timed for the convenience of a scumbag Prime Minister to get a bad story out of the headlines.
