Fixed 😉

You know how much I defended Bruce for my faults, I don't like changing managers, but I fear you will be right.

If we get mullered at Burnley, I think he will struggle to hold on.

So you were expecting to be relegated after a spend of £140 million? You should have contacted the board and told them to save their money as we obviously had no chance of survival......

Expecting; no.

Anticipating the possibility; yes.

And we haven't been relegated yet.

We could easily be bottom and well adrift given the rebuild required. As it stands we're still in the mix and have a chance of staying up if we can rediscover earlier form and capitalise by holding our nerve

I do know how you defended old Brucie but To be honest Tro I think burnley will be licking their lips - I like dyche as a manager and he will have his team pumped up for it - I fear we will take a real beating there .

Eastie, thing that gets me is this obsession with flair players.....its clear to me the essence of the problems is a soft underbelly....sure we miss Mings and McGinn, but I wouldn't class McGinn as a growler or enforcer.

Troy Deeney knew what he was going to do to us, why?......because he knows all about us......In the same way Andy Gray used to do the same to Blues, except he had Gallagher and Burns to contend with.

Deeney knows how to Bully us , just like Rodriguez-Woods and Barnes.

when are we going to wake up and sign at least a couple of players in the team  like that?....when are we going to have a bully?

sadly, I do now, think the word has got around.....The sharks can smell blood.

Only a certain new approach or a new direction can save us.

Totally agree mate ,  one of my favourite villa players was Steve McMahon - I loved having that  tough hard as nails attitude but he could also play too - _we are too soft and have been for years .

‘’we made a mistake spending our money on too many inexperienced players - should have mixed it up a bit with the likes of Gary Cahill

Yeah Steve McMahon, never took any prisoners.

why can't a big club like Aston Villa not see it?..we can.

or Shaun Teale.....even the bag of bones Eamonn Deacy.....i used to wince myself, when he made a tackle.

why have we moved away from having a least a couple in the team.

sure referring is tougher....but when you look around the teams, they all have a couple of uncompomising characters.

Struggling to get results suggest there is some sort of fight, We've just been turned over by 2 of the worst side in the division, luckily beat Norwich. We are not competing which is the issue. Our manager is costing us points, replacing him could change that.

You didn't catch us play Liverpool did you? Or Manure. We have fight that's why I think we have a chance of staying up, definately not guaranteed though I can see it being a frustrating season that can go either way (I also thought this back in July)

Not Sheffield United.......

And previously Wolves did it too, common theme being both sides had been together for a while. Wolves had a good side when promoted, Sheff Utd have a very average side who play very well together I think the better PL sides to work them out 2nd half of the season and for them to fade a little though.

First 10 games we looked relatively ok and I expected as the team gelled we would continue to improve - however the last 10 games we have got worse and look a really poor side now throughout the team .

It won't be David moyes...

Come on villa! That's potentially (hopefully) West ham in the shit

Poor decision by the hammers - I doubt moyes will be too popular an appointment either

They can be disappointed in the premier league next summer when they look to replace him for something better.
We can feel great having gone down, lost Jack, FFP in a royal mess and staring at a decade in the little league.

The most bizarre thing about it is the vitriol will now land firmly at the feet of porno dwarf and wolfie

Its maybe a boost to us in looking at 3 worse teams, Bournemouth, sheff utd, Everton, Leicester and Liverpool in jan, target has to be to be above them at the end of the month
