No Love then with the deserved win against the Dominator. Nunes then smashes Ronda! Cruz was saying he was the pound for pound best prior to the fight - don't think so son! She's absolutely finished. You can't come back from an embarrassment like that. Nunes will be holding that belt for some time. Just rewatched the Garbrandt fight as well. I can't stand Cody but he played the perfect hand against Cruz. Cruz had no answer to it. He was relying on a lucky punch, but he's a man who doesn't have a lucky punch in his locker, and he couldn't hit Garbrandt with anything of worth. I did wonder a what point Cody might decide to stop the taunting and showboating. You can take the piss as much as you like when you put someone down, but it looks daft when the bloke keeps getting back up when you could finish him. Watched it several times and it looks like she just doesn't like being hit in the face and just freezes after the first couple of shots land. Doesnt have any clue how to react. As other posters have mentioned, the days of winning fights with arm bars and judo are long gone. You need to be able to box and take a good shot now.
