Still surprised the odd poster thinks Wolves are still going to implode.

Drawing or losing the odd game isn't imploding.

They can go as far as lose 3 or 4 games in a row and still be first.

People need to just give up.

We are having a hard enough time passing Derby for second as it stands.

Let's just keep focus on that.

Another important win today. The teams around us  will be winning most weeks, so can’t expect results to always go our way.

We just need to continue taking care of our business. We’ve opened a nice gap on 7th place, but 2nd and Derby is the target.

It is in our own hands, and I just hope we can continue to ride this wave for the remaining 16 games.

Played crap today and won. They say that's the sign of a good team.

I'm now absolutely convinced we will finish in  play-off spot.

What a shame no other results went our way.

This run will end sometime so we really want to get top 2 as soon as possible.

Agreed, but the run has balanced out the couple of really poor runs at the start and over Xmas.

People come up with loads of different permutations, all we need to do is be 1 point better than than Derby and Cardiff (I'm assuming Cardiff win their game in hand).

I think we will do that.

I think played crap is a bit OTT.

The highlights show almost total domination and many many chances.

Scored 3 hit the bar was robbed of a penalty conceded a bizarre own goal

Could have been 5 or 6 - 1 on another day.

We played OK but should still have won comfortably.

Bristol City will do for this week :)

Sheff Utd, Middlesbrough and Leeds all lost in the chasing pack. It's not so bad :)

We are obviously doing something right......but its not all right.

We do play in a manner that allows teams to get at us, the better teams like Wolves do create more space for themselves.....we get bogged down too easily.

we also lose to much aerial ball.....and instead of helping a long aerial ball on to one of our players, we lose it in the air and it goes back to our defence....It causes us to keep losing ground and relying too much on defence.

We made hard work of today.

We could have scored more i agree. A couple of offside decisions looked poor, I'm in the Holte so haven't had a close look at the penalty.

I maintain that we were poor for large parts though mate. I thought Burton were dominate for large parts of the second half.

We all see differently i guess.

Lets hope Bolton can carry on where they left off against Bristol City. Fulham next weekend for them followed by Cardiff the following Tuesday. Sheff Utd have 4 games in 12 days in there due to the FA cup. Cardiff 5 in 17 days as they fit their game in hand in. Nice little run from Leeds would be good for us about now. Fulham have a tough looking week ahead after the Bolton game. Bristol City do too after the visit of Sunderland.

WOLVES: QPR, Preston [a], Norwich, Fulham [a]
DERBY COUNTY: Norwich, Sheff Weds [a], Leeds, Reading [a]
ASTON VILLA: SHA, Fulham [a], Preston, Sheff Weds [a]
CARDIFF CITY: Millwall [a], Bolton, Middlesbrough, Ipswich [a], Bristol City
FULHAM: Bolton [a], ASTON VILLA, Bristol City [a], Wolves
BRISTOL CITY: Sunderland, Leeds [a], Fulham, Cardiff [a]
PRESTON: Brentford [a], Wolves, ASTON VILLA [a], Ipswich
SHEFF UTD: Leeds, Leicester [a] (FACUP), QPR, Hull [a], Reading [a]
MIDDLESBROUGH: Reading, Cardiff [a], Hull, Sunderland [a]
LEEDS UTD: Sheff Utd [a], Bristol City, Derby [a], Brentford

Certainly be interesting to see how it looks at the end of the month.

Wolves are pissing this league. I stand by what I said before that I'll be happy for them to be practically promoted by the time they play us so step off the gas.

Theres just too much quality in the team. They were pissing on everyone without last seasons best player. Now his back to full fitness and starting as well!
